Removal and installation of the carburetor

Snyatie 1. Remove the air cleaner housing and all associated vacuum and air hoses. Remember this when you install them. 2. Disconnect the electrical wiring of the electromagnetic shut-off valve idle speed (if available) and a vacuum hose from the distributor of ignition. 3. Disconnect the throttle cable, releasing its attachment. 4. Disconnect the fuel supply and the return line. Remember to install them or apply the appropriate marking. If the hoses are attached disposable collars, their snack cutter, if you install using the new clamps. Carburetors with automatic "suction" 5. Loosen the screws holding the case of bimetallic spring to the choke housing. Remember the position or apply labels combine and remove the spring housing with the cooling system hoses. Take the body away. 6. If the spring housing has a heating and cooling system must be removed along with the carburetor, remove the pressure in the cooling system by removing the radiator cap or surge tank. Disconnect the two hoses of the cooling system and tie up their as high as possible, while relegating to the side to minimize the loss of coolant. 7. If the spring is heated electrically, remove it from the electrical wiring. Carburetors with manual "suction" 8. Disconnect control cable choke on her arm. All carburetors 9. Remove the carburetor mounting nuts with washers. In some cases, these nuts can be under the intake manifold. 10. Remove the carburetor from the engine and pour in the remaining petrol in it in the appropriate dishes, taking the fire safety measures. 11. Plug the intake manifold with rags to prevent ingress of foreign objects in it. Set 12. Clean the surface of the low carb and intake manifold from the traces of old gasket. By installing the carburetor on the intake manifold, do not use sealants. If sealant gets into the carburetor, it will be difficult to clean, but easy to spoil. 13. Install the carburetor on the manifold using new gasket and fasten it with nuts and washers. Do not overtighten the nuts. Typically, the recommended tightening torque nut - 10 Nm. Carburetors with automatic suction 14. If there is, set inside a heat shield, keeping the right to install it. 15. Set the shell bimetallic spring, catching a spring lever choke. 16. Lightly fasten the housing with three screws. Align the pre-applied labels to the spring housing cover housing the air damper and tighten the screws. 17. Attach the hoses of the cooling system (if detached) and top up the coolant as needed. Carbs with manually controlled air valve 18. Pass the inner cable through the hole in the mounting on the lever and tighten the screw. 19. Pull the control stick control valve fully and hold it in position tighten the cable clamp shell for cable mounting bracket. 20. Completely drown control stick and make sure the damper fully open. Pull the control stick and make a complete closure of the choke. All carburetors 21. Attach the fuel supply and the return line (if there is return) to their nipples and use new clamps for attachment. 22. Connect the throttle cable and adjust the adjustment screw idle so that the throttle was slightly ajar. 23. Connect the wiring to the solenoid valve open circuit (if any) and a vacuum hose to the distributor. 24. Install the air cleaner housing and all the vacuum and air hoses. 25. If the adjustment screw shot quality mixture, gently wrap it completely, but just until it stops, then unscrew it by three full turns. This will provide an approximate its installation, the engine could work. 26. Start your engine. You may need some time to get gasoline into the carburetor and enrolled mixture into the cylinders. Pay attention to the proper operation of control cable choke. However, this may not be as long as the carburetor is properly adjusted. 27. Warm up the engine to idle until normal operating temperature. 28. Adjust the idle speed and mixture composition. 29. Spend the rest of the necessary adjustments. If you installed an automatic "choke", allow the engine to cool completely, then your will and test the "choke". 30. Tighten the air cleaner housing and check that all hoses are in place.
